Don’t make waste reduction at home complicated. Instead, focus on small changes and quick wins that are relatively easy to implement. Introduce the changes gradually — weeks, or even months, based on your habit and living situation. Eventually, those small actions will add up to dramatic changes. Looking back at my first Youtube videos and now, I can proudly say that I have changed my lifestyle for the better. Of course there are rooms for much more improvement but hey, stop being too hard on yourself sometimes.

Đừng phức tạp hoá việc giảm rác thải sinh hoạt. Thay vào đó, tập trung vào những thay đổi nhỏ, nhanh và tương đối dễ thực hiện.

Những thay đổi lớn, khó cứ làm quen dần dần - vài tuần, thậm chí vài tháng, dựa trên thói quen và hoàn cảnh sống của bạn.

Nhìn lại các video Youtube đầu tiên và bây giờ, mình có thể tự hào nói rằng lối sống của mình đã trở nên tốt hơn. Tất nhiên vẫn còn nhiều điểm cần cải thiện hơn nữa nhưng này, đôi khi đừng quá khắt khe với bản thân :)
